London sonnets – is a collection of poems, which was published in 1920 and written by Humbert Wolfe. Humbert Wolfe was an Italian-born British civil servant, poet and man of letters in the early 20th century. The London Sonnets are the author's first collection of poems. The collection contains such poems as: London Pseudo-Sonnets, consisting of ten sonnets; Other Poems, consisting of fourteen verses; Other sonnets, consisting of six sonnets; as well as War Verse, consisting of five verses. Some of these poems appeared in The Saturday Review, The Spectator, The Westminster Gazette prior to the publication of this collection.
