Book description
Sadhu Sundar Singh “Sadhu,” as he is commonly called, is living in this twentieth century a life that, in terms of external conditions, resembles that of St. Francis of Assisi.
His inner experience resembles, in some respects, St. Paul, in others - Mother Juliana, in others - he is individual for himself.
Sadhu is not a metaphysician, not a scientist, not a supreme critic. In fact, his intellectual outlook is in many ways closer to New Testament writers than to the modern world, but also his intuitive understanding of moral and religious values. It is this immediacy and simplicity of spiritual perception that inspires everyone who was in close contact with him, the conviction that he carries a message not only to his compatriots, but also to the West.
As we know from his letters, the Sadhu constantly prayed that this book would be the true interpretation of his message.
Despite the end of the book, the authors were full of a sense of its incompleteness to the extent that they could portray a person.
Based on the presence of Sundar Singh, people forget themselves, they forget him, but they think of Christ.
