The meaning of social science - is a collection of lectures written by Albion Woodbury Small and published in 1910. Albion Woodbury Small was an American sociologist and educator who played an important role in the creation and development of sociological science and the profession in the United States. For the first time, these lectures were heard by a group of graduate students from all faculties of social sciences. In terms of a variety of viewpoints, the group thus constituted represents the wider audience that is now being addressed. The argument is addressed to all thinkers who are mature enough, both morally and mentally, to recognize the complexity of social problems. The book consists of 10 lectures and an index.
