The author's goal in publishing this work is to tell about his research and discoveries. As a result of research, uplifting feelings arise, and we feel grateful to the great God who made us capable of great progress. This is a scientific person who appreciates the Creator more fully, because he better understands the great deeds and laws that he created. The author's research of history and collecting relics for thirty years, through the study of mounds, observation of ditches and careful study of old campsites, where the plow discovered many interesting relics that have been buried for centuries, revealed to me much of the past history of the Indians who inhabited this part of the country in prehistoric times and the author tried to provide this information to the public. Mound Builders is a general term, refers in the broadest sense to the Indians - the inhabitants of the United States before the arrival of the Europeans(pre-Columbian), who built various kinds of earthen mounds for burials, housing or ritual purposes. This term combines the structures of the archaic and forest (Woodland) periods according to North American chronology (the cultures of Adena and Hopewell), as well as the Mississippi culture that existed from the beginning of the period 3000 BC until the 16th century CE in the Great Lakes, Ohio and Mississippi rivers.
