New secretary's manual – is a handbook which was published in 1899 and written by William Austen Carney. The Secretary's Manual, which was previously presented to the public and received a warm welcome, has now been revised. New secretary's manual has been partially reworked and, with additional new materials. All this was done for that intelligent class for which the book was specially designed, with the expectation that it more than before, rather than before, will satisfy their needs and deserve their approval.
