Journeying Onward

Journeying Onward - is a book, which was published in 1908 and written by Lillian De Waters. For those who yearn for a better understanding of God, and for those who need an introduction to Christian Science, this book is sent out into the world. The author emphatically declares that the truths contained in this document have been obtained solely through serious study of the Bible and the writings of Mary Baker G. Eddy, who is the founder of the modern Christian Science movement, originally founded by Christ Jesus. Christian Science is taught in the Christian Science textbook “Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures”, and it would be impossible to simplify or expand the truth contained therein. Therefore, the purpose of the author in sending this little book is not to teach or explain what our dear Leader has given to the world, but that it be sent with the simple desire to find an answer to some of the questions, reasonings that have posed baffled the author, and perhaps baffled thousands of others who were brought up in the types of religious teachings that have been widespread in recent centuries and are widespread today.
