Wilhelm Emmanuel Ketteler

Freiherr Wilhelm Emmanuel von Ketteler (25 December 1811 to 13 July 1877) was a German theologian and politician. As Bishop of Mainz his social teachings were influential during the papacy of Leo XIII through encyclical "Rerum novarum".
