Robert Hussey
Robert Hussey (1801 to 1856) was an English churchman, academic, and professor of ecclesiastical history at the Oxford University. The fourth son of William Hussey, rector of Sandhurst, Kent, he attended Rochester grammar school, in 1814. He was later sent to Westminster School, where in 1816 he became a king's scholar. In 1821 Hussey was elected to Christ Church, Oxford, where he stayed for the rest of his life.
