J. M. Latino Coelho

José Maria Latino Coelho (born in Lisbon, November 29, 1825, died in Sintra, August 29, 1891), is better known as Latino Coelho. He was a Portuguese politician, writer, and journalist. A graduate in Military Engineering he achieved the rank of brigadier general.
