Frank Bellew

Frank Henry Temple Bellew (April 18, 1828 to June 29, 1888), was an American artist, illustrator, and a cartoonist. Born in Cawnpore, India, in 1828, he was the son of Francis-John Bellew, a British officer, and of Anne Smoult Temple, from Hylton Castle.
