Alexander Wilson McClure
Alexander Wilson McClure, D.D., an American divine and theologian, was born in Boston, Massachusetts, in 1808. He was educated at Yale and Amherst colleges, and Andover Theological Seminary. A.W. McClure’s works were numerous and popular. He made a great contribution to the periodical press of his times.
