Book description
The Five Epistles of Paul, New Translation, is a partial translation of the five books of the New Testament by Scottish scholar William Gunion Rutherford.
The Bible books, which were translated into English by Rutherford, are a series of Pauline epistles, or “didactic letters,” believed to have been written by the Jewish Christian apostle Paul.
The work was a translation of the biblical books to Romans: I and II Thessalonians, and I and II Corinthians, with a brief analysis.
The work was started in 1900 and completed in 1908.
In 1908, a year after his death, Rutherford's translation of Thessalonians and Corinthians was published. It was titled "The Epistles of the Apostle Paul to the Thessalonians and Corinthians - New Translation" by the late W.G. Rutherford with an introductory note by Spencer Wilkinson.
There are four epistles in this volume.
