Book description
PREFACE
In Book III of The Cipher History, I happily thanked my assistants for their help in preparing this volume. Their work demonstrated that the correct use of the cipher can be acquired by others. This volume, Book V, is entirely their work, and until I printed it I deliberately refrained from reading or listening to any of these portions of Bacon's History of Life in France. Mies Ollie E.A. Wheeler, extracted from the original plays of Shakespeare, from the acclaimed works of Bacon, and works attributed to Marlowe, Greene, Peel, Spencer, and Orton, passages around the manuals, and numerous clues. Mrs. Elizabeth W. Gallup and Miss Keith E. Wells transcribed and woven these passages according to the rules of the Cipher into the poetic form in which they are presented. These ladies also prepared live material for Book VI, which will conclude the story of Bacon's life in France and will soon be published. I congratulate my assistants for their work and the world for this irrefutable proof of the reliability of the Cipher system. I also congratulate myself that no matter what happens, the important results of my ten years of learning will not be lost and that the work I have undertaken will not depend on just one life for successful completion.
