Life and letters of William Bewick (artist) is an autobiography of William Bewick in two volumes, edited and published by Thomas Landseer in 1871. William Bewick was an English painter of the first part of 19th century. This book is the second volume of his biography. These recordings of William Buick's artistic life consist, with very few exceptions, of his autobiographical and literary sketches, as well as his correspondence with prominent artists and close friends. The second volume contains of 9 chapters. It contains his correspondence with his friends such as John Keats, Benjamin Robert Haydon and others. The final chapter summarizes the career of William Bewick, including his reputation as an artist, his preferences in literature, political views, his artistic activities in the North of England, occupation of his declining years and his death.
