In the days of giants – is a book which was published in 1902 and written by Abbie Farwell Brown, an American author. This book is a collection of stories from Scandinavian mythology that have remained the standard text in libraries for generations. This book is filled with the magical world of Norse heroic and cunning gods, clever trolls, giants and elves. Also, there are fairy tales full of dwarfs, spirits of cold mountains and dark caves. This is one of Brown's collections, retelling old tales for today's children's audience. It contains of sixteen tales and six illustrations.
