This book describes the life of Anna Warner and her gardening experience, which she shares with her readers. This book vividly presents a year-long survey of 19th century New York State horticulture. Despite the fact that the book was written a long time ago, I have many very practical tips and ideas for gardening that are relevant to this day. Also, this book is accompanied by wonderful illustrations.
