Collected Verse of Rudyard Kipling

This book is a collection of poems by Rudyard Kipling. It was published in 1907. In addition to a series of songs and poems, there are individual poems by the author. One of the famous series presented here is The Barrack-Room Ballads. This series focuses on the late Victorian British Army and is written primarily in the local dialect. The series includes some of Kipling's most famous works, including the poems Gunga Din, Danny Deever, Tommy and Mandalay, which help cement his early prominence as a poet. In this collection “The Barrack-Room Ballads” are presented in two parts: Indian Service and General. There are also a series of songs and poems such as Service Songs – South African War in two parts.
